The team is led by Dr. Oladimeji K. Ojerinola (PhD, MNIM, FNIMN, MICIArb). Oladimeji is the Executive Director and Lead Consultant for Connect International Resources Ltd, UK. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Connect-Talent CIO, Salford, England, UK. 

Before his current role as Education & Recruitment Consultant, he has worked in various capacities and consulted for many public and private organisations both in the UK and in Nigeria. Among these are: Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), UK as Centre Director; St Vincent Housing Association, UK as Volunteer on Development Team; EC Harris, UK as Affordable Housing Consultant; Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) as Marketing Consultant; National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) as Examiner and National Award Programme Coordinator, XTADOK Nigeria Limited, as General Manager, Model Project Nigeria Limited as Principal Consultant, HQ Nigerian Army Engineers & School, as Quantity Surveyor and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation as Quantity Surveyor. Oladimeji has his academic background in Quantity Surveying with an MSc in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. His Doctorate was obtained from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK, in Construction and Project Management. He is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN); a Full Member of the National Institute of Management of Nigeria (MNIM); a Full Member of the Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators (MICIArb). He is also accredited in other professional courses and qualifications such as Action Research and Industry Engagement, Key Performance Indicators and Respect for People, Benchmarking and Cost Research, Project Management for International Development Sector, Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 2009 Edition, OISC Level 1 in Immigration, Nationality, EEA and Asylum Law. Further to his commitment to developing overseas students and professionals in the higher education sector for effective participation and contribution to the UK economy, Oladimeji is a member of the British Council Trained Certified Education Agents and Advisors for international students and holds a Level 7 Diploma in Educational Management and Leadership. He represents several UK education providers in their local and overseas recruitment activities. He has successfully mentored home and international students, both undergraduate and postgraduate, at various stages of their career. He is passionate about capacity building, career development, employability and inclusive communities.
